Terms of Service

I. GENERAL TERMS- Any commissions the client receives from the artist are not not permitted to RESELL using a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or through a cryptocurrency of any kind.- STRICTLY! Purchases cannot be canceled so please be certain if you intend to commission me. If you ever do, your name will be assigned to my blacklist.- I will not assert intellectual property rights to your character nor profit from the commissioned artwork.- By contacting me for such a commission, you verify that you have read all of my Terms of Service and accept the terms and conditions under which I'll work your commission.-After all the slots have been filled, commission forms become invalid. If you are not selected for that round, kindly submit again at the following opening.II. CommunicationI have a public Trello queue I share with all clients. There you can find the list of clients waiting, the current suit in progress has a percentage of completion, and any notes and updates to my work schedule if something comes up.-Please state the preferred medium or platform of communication, which could be email, Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook when you submit an order form.-I make sure you don't feel as your commission has been neglected or something because I'm a communicative artist. Communication is really important to me. If you ordered a large illustration or an L2D model, it is best if we keep in touch as I work on it. I will update you every time I work on the suit. If things come up on your end that will affect the commission I would appreciate it if you would keep me updated as well. Please do not just drop communication.III. PAYMENT-The initial payment of 50% is due upon signing. 50% is due upon approval of the final artwork. If you're comfortable with 100%, I'm perfectly alright with that.- No refunds after i start your commission. Unless problems arise on my side and I am unable to continue the commission after accepting, the Refunds will depend on the quantity of work completed on your commission so far. Refunds depend on the quantity of work completed (If my progress is around 30 percent the artists will refund you 70 percent )- Characters with a lot of complexities will cost more.-A 50% fee of the price is always charged for private commissions.-I am allowed to publish the artwork on my social media accounts, although if you want it to be discreet, you must compensate me 10% of the price.- Tips are optional if you enjoy my art, but I would appreciate it if you did. Please feel free to make a donation via PayPal or Gcash.-The pricing for commercial use is +70% of the purchase price.-I do not make changes after the commission is completed otherwise it will cost prohibitive.- If you have used my services at least three times, you will receive a 15 percent discount.- Mode of Payment will be PayPal or GcashIV. PROCESSThe client can only make changes to the sketch three times in total; any more corrections will cost in a $3 fee.Please be aware that this is not strictly a first-come, first-served situation. Unless a deadline is set, the first ones to reserve the slot would start first but it is not guaranteed to be finished the earliest.If a deadline is not specified, please allow 1 week to 2 months from the time of reservation for the artwork to be completed (especially if it is completely rendered).Setting a deadline is advisable, and projects with deadlines will be given preference. Please be aware that certain orders may be designated as rush orders if they require to be completed quickly. A surcharge may apply depending on how complicated the artwork is.Work-in-Progress images
For your confidence that the piece is constructed correctly and that work is moving forward, progress images will be given via your specified communication method.For clear and efficient progress tracking, the commission's fundamental information is made available to the public via Trello. The client's names, gender, or any other personal information won't be displayedAdditionally, the client has the option to specify and determine what aspects of the commission will remain private, as well as whether to permit the artist to post or share any materials or information regarding the work online.The client must concur that the artist's signature should not be removed from non-commercial artwork. In order to prevent art theft of the commissioned piece and to make it available to the client for use, both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the artwork will be given.V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI'll strive to exceed and above to satisfy my consumers.

Promote myself in any location or site.

Unless otherwise specified, only use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
Print the illustration and assert your ownership of the character(s), but not the image itself. Use the artwork to promote your business while giving the artist due credit.All of your rights to the artwork will be revoked if you violate the copyright in any way.The following actions are regarded as copyright infringement:commercial reproduction or use of the copyrighted artwork. (It refers to earning money from it in any way.)
Taking Ownership for the Artwork's Creation.

without my, the artist's, permission, changing the artwork..A purchase of the artwork's commercial rights will always cost 300 percent of the original cost.
If you have commercial rights, you can use the artwork to create any kind of merchandise.
Use it to market your own brand by incorporating it into books, covers, or props as desired.
Even if the artwork is changed or updated, credit must still be given.
